Due to the Blinds supplied by us being individually Made to Measure to your choice of design,size and Order Instructions we cannot accept any cancellation or returns.
We can only accept a returned Blind if it was damaged in delivery or manufacture. All damaged Parcels/Boxes must be signed for as damaged at the time of delivery and confirmed to us.
Please do not order your Blinds if you are not sure on the suitability of your chosen Blind, Design, Colour or any other part of the ordering /delivery process.
Returns are not accepted for any reason unless the Blinds are supplied damaged.
Blinds are individually Hand Made to Measure, securely packaged and are 100% checked prior to delivery and are not dispatched from the Factory in a damaged condition.
Please sign for the delivery as 'damaged box' if packaging is damaged in any way.
