Delivery Policy

All Blind Orders are processed immediately on confirmation of your payment and are normally delivered within a 5-15 working day period. We will contact you if any materials to make your Blind are out of stock which may lead to a delay in Delivery, we will either advise a new Delivery Date or discuss a possible alternative Blind Option.

 

All Blinds are 100 % Checked and securely packaged before being despatched by Courier, Delivery is normally on 24-48 hour service by DPD Couriers.

We can also supply a DPD tracking number for you to track your Delivery.

All Blinds will require a signiture by the Courier on Delivery. 

 

Blinds under 1950mm in Width are normally DPD despatched with DPD.

Blinds over 1950mm in Width are normally despatched with DX Freight.

 

Any Damaged Boxes or Parcels must be clearly signed for as damaged when signing for the Delivery with any Damage to your Blinds being notified immediatly.


A Damaged Blind will be replaced in full or a replacement part will be sent depending on the damage or faulty part to quickly resolve the issue.

 

In the event of any Courier Damage or any other issue with your order please send an image of the damage or issue with the Blind and also clearly identify the exact Blind No from your order to enable us to quickly resolve any issues as soon as possible. Replacement Blinds are normally despatched within 3-4 days.
